Facing a change or going through change can have you feeling depressed, angry, anxious, lonely, and hopeless. You doubt yourself; you worry if it will ever be okay.
My path will not be your path, but it is easier to help someone on a new journey if you been around the block a few times.
My professional and personal experiences have led me to specialize in working with individuals that experience life transitions, change, or are thinking about making a change. Deciding to make a change can be as scary as jumping from an airplane; it is much easier when you have a trained person attached to your back. Just as with jumping out of an airplane, the fear will enter your body before making a jump. Making the decision to change is scary, just as making the decision to jump out of a plane is scary.
I see myself as a trained individual who can make sure the change is right for you if you are still in the “deciding stage” just before you jump out of the plane and trust yourself to fate. Or, if the decision is made and you have already jumped (or been pushed) out into the change, I can make sure you land safely.
You are not alone in this journey. My goal is to guide you toward finding a positive balance in life and in relationships. To encourage you to pursue life fulfillment while having a positive “can do” attitude and a smile on. I stand by your side while you are making important decisions; I teach you how to make YOUR OWN decisions and feel excited about your life. Together we create a plan and develop goals to ensure safety and decrease the possibility of experiencing another potential crisis in the future. This way you be well trained and ready for the next important jump in your life.
