During the public health crisis I am continuing to provide quality therapy support to all existing clients through telehealth, including both virtual face-to-face and phone sessions. This allows us all to comply with CDC recommendations for social distancing and remain healthy in our own homes with our loved ones. I understand that many times I meet individuals in a time of crisis, when they are most vulnerable. I believe that tremendous growth and unexpected beauty can come from the most painful of places. Whether I meet you in a time of grief, pain, denial or joy I honor you and understand that my greatest purpose as a therapist is to help others find their resilience in their life journey.
I believe that the most effective changes are made through compassion and empowerment. Over 17 years experience allows me to draw on a variety of different treatment approaches to find the most effective way to work with each person, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and psychoeducation.
