|Ashley Ryan, VCU School of Social Work|
Ashley specializes in clinical mental health social work and sees individuals for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, military, life transitions, relationship/family issues, social skills and personality disorders. She incorporates mindfulness, narrative therapy, strengths based and CBT into her treatments in order to empower people to live the lives they want to live. Ashley does not work with couples or individuals under 15 years old at this time.
I am a graduate student at Regent University pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Some of my counseling interests include first responders and their families, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, depression, interpersonal issues, mindfulness, and spirituality. My approach to mental health is optimizing overall wellness and maximizing client strengths.

Tanya is a graduate student pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is married, and together, she and her husband have five children and two grandchildren. She loves cooking, spending time with family, and traveling. Her main areas of interested include anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, and blending families (step-parenting)
