We all have different life experiences, beliefs, and perspectives – we are all unique! Sometimes the things that make us unique can be difficult to talk about with the people closest to us. My goal is to promote a nurturing environment that enhances open exploration of difficulties from the past yet empowers you to create a life that you believe is worth living. I utilize a strengths-based approach to foster meaningful life changes and healthy emotional well-being. We will work together to create a holistic, individualized plan of action. I believe that all people have the capacity to hold onto hope in the midst of challenges. Reaching out for help is a great step toward relief. I look forward to being utilized as a guide on your therapeutic journey!
