It can be hard to talk about our insecurities and the things that bother us. It can be hard to feel vulnerable and experience uncomfortable emotions with others. Sometimes it can even feel like we might explode from carrying around these thoughts and feelings because we don’t have a safe place to let it all out. My goal as your therapist is to provide you the space and support to talk about the things most important to you without having fear of judgement.
I hope to work with you to accomplish your goals and to cheerlead you along your journey of growth. Whether that means beginning to shift negative thinking and behavior patterns into thoughts and behaviors of compassion or developing skills to improve communication and strengthen relationships.
